C·A·P Associate Researcher Bettina Reiter was visiting the University of West Georgia, GA, USA. She gave two lectures focusing on the electoral system and voting behavior in Germany as well as on the comparison between the German and American electoral system.

Being the coordinator of the European Union Studies Certificate (EUSC) at the Geschwister-Scholl-Insitute for Political Science, she participated in the fall meeting of the representatives of the EU-program of the University System of Georgia. Moreover, she attended the annual Georgia Political Science Association (GPSA) conference in Savannah, GA, USA.
