The Project "Transatlantic Learning Community" deals with the transformation process in Central and Eastern Europe. The project partners have decided to join forces with the Southeast Institute Munich and individual partners from the USA and southeast European countries to address issues of energy policy.
Energy is a crucial topic for the region. It is one of the aspects of transformation these countries must undergo to meet the legal and financial requirements for accession to the European Union.
