"What is Urban Poverty? " Here you can find a definition of urban poverty.

Another question approached by the World Bank is "How to Assess Urban Poverty?". Therefore Policy Issues concerning urban poverty are e.g. Land, Housing and Urban Services.

"Energy for sustainable development" is a section of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), that works to help create enabling policy frameworks, develop local capacity and provide knowledge-based advisory services for expanding access to energy services for the poor.
