US-politics and policy site and community. Provides coverage of and background information on current news.

The Institute for public policy research:
Ippr is the UK's leading progressive think tank. Ippr aspires to make the vision of a better society become a reality. Doing this means converting new political ideas into workable policy solutions.

The telecommunication & information policy institute (TIPI):      
TIPI provides a research-based program and a forum for digital information policy initiatives in the United States and around the world. Through a series of conferences, policy briefs, surveys and research reports, TIPI connects researchers, public officials and industry representatives with vital information and analyses.

Institute for Electric Government:
IBM research center providing an Internet channel with programs about e-government, privacy issues and education. Various documents about e-government and public service in the information age can also be found.

Initiative of the city of Stockholm in partnership with the European Commission. Various IT-projects, concerning e-government, new economy, culture and entertainment are presented on this site.

The Aspen Institute offers studies and strategy papers on structural changes in the 21st century and their political implications.
