Smart Power – Ways of Enhancing the Council of Europe’s Impact

Der Europarat hat nun den Reform-Bericht 'Smart Power - Ways of Enhancing the Council of Europe's Impact' vorgelegt. Er hatte ihn vor einem Jahr bei mehreren führenden Think-Tanks in Auftrag gegeben. An diesem 'Advisory Report by the Think-Tank Task Force' wirkte neben Prof.Dr. Werner Weidenfeld, Direktor des Centrums für angewandte Politikforschung, mit: Nadia Arbatova (IMEMO, Moskau), Jacek Kucharczyk (Institute of Public Affairs, Warschau), Hans Martens (European Policy Centre, Brüssel), und Richard Youngs ( FRIDE, Madrid). Das vorbereitende Treffen der 'Think-Tank Task Force' fand im Centrum für angewandte Politikforschung in München statt.
